Schranner Consulting AG shall provide and perform the services under the terms and conditions of its mandate and will do so in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prior to the engagement of Schranner Consulting AG with the client, a non-disclosure agreement shall be entered between the two parties.
Schranner Consulting AG reserves the right to unilaterally terminate their mandates with clients without providing a justification at any point in time.
Schranner Consulting AG shall not be liable in any way for any damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to accidents, illness, death or any other unforeseeable circumstances. Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure event, the party suffering thereby shall promptly inform the other party specifying the cause of the event and how it will affect its performance. We are not responsible for reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs and lost workdays of the other party. Furthermore, we assume no liability for indirect damages, including, but not limited to lost profit or third-party claims.
In the event of suspension or termination of an order by the customer, Schranner Consulting AG reserves the right to invoice the customer for any outstanding expenses with regard to orders placed in writing.
Terms and Conditions of the Schranner Consulting AG are governed by Swiss law with the place of jurisdiction being Zurich, Switzerland.
